Gantt Designer is a free and easy-to-use program that allows you to create project schedules by using Gantt Charts. With Gantt Designer you will be able to insert tasks to a project with their start date and duration. You can add as many tasks as you need, and make a task a sub-task of another. Every inserted task will be visually represented by a time-bar on the right half of the main window. You can change the bar type, color, and add annotations at the start, in the middle and at the end of the bar. By default, each time-bar is shown in an independent row, but you can insert a bar in another bar's row. You can move rows up and down. You can change the date and time display formats of the schedule. The 'today' line is displayed in the chart, and as time goes by, the percent of each task will change according to its deadline. Within the task properties you can describe more elements: completed percent, predecessors, add remarks, costs, and more. Even though the program is free; you need to register it in order to use its complete functions. Requirements: Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 SP1 or later.

I suggest to add a project name that could be printed as a head of chart (as an option).
